Macildowie HR Recruitment have the exciting opportunity working with a manufacturing company recruiting for a HR Coordinator based in Rugby. They are looking for and enthusiastic person who is confident in generalist HR administration and comfortable withchallenging processes to ensure HR function in fit for purpose. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to hit the ground running.

**The Interesting Bit**

In this role you will be providing support and assistance to the wider HR team and head of HR on varied HR duties. You will be responsible for providing first line support on employee relations issues including, absence management, performance management,training & development as well as policies and procedures (although extensive experience in these areas is not mandatory). Your role will also entail elements of maintaining HR systems and employee personal files, onboarding and recruitment assisting areamanagers with sifting through CVs and setting up interviews. Finally you will build up your knowledge within HR policies, procedures, legislation and best practice.
- Strong background in HR Admin/ HR Coordinator roles
