**Role Overview**:
You will be an integral part of a small successful Head Quarters team of people focusing on administration and PA support to the Managing Director of a leading martial arts franchise.

Confidentiality, excellent organisational skills and accuracy are important qualifications for this position, as well as good customer relations and the ability to communicate clearly.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide admin support to office team
- Follow office filing system
- Answering the phone according to the system and deal with calls
- Opening and filing post
- Extensive diary management
- Make travel arrangements
- Business errands e.g. post office
- Maintain and manage client information
- Processing new members through the system (supporting member management)
- Attending meetings and take minutes as required
- Coordination of events across the business
- Supporting the leadership team with on-boarding and recruitment processes
- Additional ad-hoc project support, as business require

**Qualifications and Skills**
- At least 2 years experience working in an Administrative or Personal or Executive Assistant Role
- Experience with learning and adapting to new software
- Extensive experience with data entry, diary management and computer operation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Excel, MS Word
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organisational, planning and prioritisation skills and attention to detail

**Remuneration: £22,000 - £24,000 **(depending on experience)
