**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and update operational databases.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the organisation.
- Create and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement systems to monitor operational performance.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Provide support to other departments in the organisation.
- Analyse operational data and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage the scheduling of resources and personnel.
- Speaking to clients and booking in appointments.
- Answering any customer queries.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £27,300.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

- Loyalty bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
- Administrative: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)
