ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The UK Client Management Team is responsible for UK business development and relationship management for all UK based clients, and also acts as backup for some European offices.
- Ensure all account documentation meets regulatory requirements. This includes KYC, AML, appropriateness and sanctions checks
- The New Business Administrator will ensure all new client details are appropriately updated in a timely manner in relevant systems (our CRM) - Share relevant information regarding new client accounts with client managers in a timely manner
- Effectively deal with client queries relating to the account opening process with a focus on getting it right first time every time
- The New Business Administrator will also assist with debt management
- Provide excellent and high calibre client service to ensure a positive experience for all clients
- Provide ongoing administrative support to the client managers to ensure a consistently high quality client experience

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Demonstrate passion, enthusiasm and commitment for our products and services
- Operate with integrity and an exceptionally high client centric mind-set
- The New Business Administrator will have experience of working in an administrative, client facing role, ideally within financial services
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The New Business Administrator will have excellent numerical and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
