General Administrator

**We are seeking a hardworking and reliable General Administrator for our Chudleigh depot.**
You will also be part of the wider administration team and be flexible in your approach to general administrative duties. We are looking for a real team player with outstanding communication and organisational skills, who can show initiative to complement the existing team.
Essential duties
**- Answering incoming telephone calls and dealing with post.**
**- Company vehicle administration.**
**- Ordering stationary, furniture, sundries, and some parts.**
- **Inputting staff annual leave onto company calendar and updating holiday records.**
**- Assisting with H&S administration.**
**- Inputting manual timesheets to meet monthly payroll deadlines.**
**- Processing invoices and credit notes on to company database.**
- **Taking online card payments from customers.**
- **Assisting with other administration as required.**
PREFERRED SKILLS
**- Confident in the use of computers, with ability to learn new systems.**
- **Desire to provide great customer service to our customers and colleagues.**
- **Highly organised.**
**- Attention to detail essential.**
- **Able to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive documentation.**

- **Flexible approach.**
