We are recruiting for an administrator to work on our Multiply contract, you will have an eye for detail and be able to work in a busy environment to meet the needs of our Multiply students.
**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Maintain computer and manual record systems in accordance with Greater London Authority (GLA) guidelines and procedures. This includes the creation and use of Excel spreadsheets to input data, create student records and provide weekly update reports to the manager. You will be required to upload reports to the GLA database and other systems as required.
- General office administration tasks; filing, answering the phone, photocopying/scanning, answering queries from the Multiply team.
- As required, contact partners, opportunity providers and participants, to obtain information regarding programme delivery.
- Take self referrals as well as details from potential partners on behalf of the team.
- To provide an efficient administrative support service within agreed timelines, in line with the GLA contract.
- Be a point of contact for Multiply students for attendance issues, as well as routine tracking and follow up of participants.
- To be responsible for the ordering and management of Multiply stock.
- To service and attend meetings as required.
- To adhere to all College policies and procedures and in particular to processes in the Administration Department.
- Provide secretarial and curriculum administrative support to Multiply management and curriculum staff.
- Evening and weekend work may be required to suit business needs.
- To travel to any of the colleges or designated places as directed by the management team as appropriate in line with the duties of the position.
- Contribute to the administration of training activities including booking rooms/venues and participants.

**Key skills**
- Effective communication skills, both spoken and written
- Good standard of mathematics.
- IT skills including data inputting, and producing data reports, must have an eye for detail (Database user training given)
- Ability to create and use Excel (an eye for detail and accuracy is essential)
- Able to work to deadlines under pressure
- Reliable and flexible with occasional site visits to other delivery centres/college campuses.
- Demonstrate model behaviours that, always, are consistent with an open, inclusive and participative style
- Be proactive in identifying and pursuing opportunities that are appropriate to maintaining his/her continued professional development
- Demonstrate a commitment to the development and practice of equal opportunities in every aspect of the life of the College
