One of the ways in which we are responding to the dynamic nature of the legal sector is with our team of **In-House Lawyers**, also known as** **GC Solutions. We've identified secondment opportunities across a number of exceptional clients and a variety of different sectors. Our current group of In-House Lawyers are currently all working on these opportunities for short and long-term secondments and more project led initiatives.

The team are now looking for a **Co-ordinator** to join them on either a full-time or part-time basis.

What will you be doing?_**

You'll be responsible for the coordination and support of our GC Solutions lawyers and their clients, maintaining excellent relations throughout our lawyers' secondments. We'll provide training to help you to better understand how this team functions and the requirements that they have.

As new secondments become available, you'll run the contract review and matter opening process. You'll assist our lawyers with time recording, billing and ad-hoc queries as well as approving holiday requests. We have a number of databases and trackers that you'll work on, providing information and reports to senior stakeholders.

You'll also help the team to organise their catch-ups with appropriate colleagues, managers and partners so you'll get to chat to lots of different people around the business. You'll also be the point of contact for organising training sessions and other events. There are even opportunities to work with our marketing team, developing materials to promote the GCSolutions service.
