**Due to continuing growth, we currently have an opportunity for a conscientious and enthusiastic individual to join the Sales Administration Team working in the capacity of New Vehicle Sales Administrator working Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm based at our Head Office in Liverpool.**

Reporting to the Sales Administration Manager and working as part of a busy team, the main purpose of the role is to process and complete all vehicle ordering and taxation ensuring that all relevant procedures are adhered to.

**Other duties will include**:

- Completion of all aspects of the ordering process, invoicing, taxation for new Volvo Trucks & associated duties.
- To provide support to the Sales team by preparing all relevant documentation for an efficient handover of new vehicles to our customers.
- Preparation of paperless deal files for audit purposes.
- Preparation of Cost of Sales Analysis and associated information to collate month end reports.
- Fleet admin support.
- Maintain and update the Dealerpoint database & associated online systems in relation to the role.
- Issue PDI & dealer fit POs to the relevant depots/workshops.
- Raise & issue POs to external suppliers, book and chase fitment dates.
- Progress chasing of trucks & arrange movements to external suppliers / bodybuilders.
- Processing stock control, ideally using Excel.
- Register Vehicle Maintenance Contracts & complete associated paperwork, adhering to regulations.
- Admin support - Thomas Hardie Vehicle Leasing.
- General ad hoc reports/duties to assist with the efficient administration of the admin department.
- Previous motor trade experience, ideally within a similar role.
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel.
- Distribution/planning/transport experience would be advantageous.
- To be enthusiastic, motivated & looking to develop their own skills.
- A full and current UK driving license.

Pay: Up to £30,325.00 per year
