Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly skilled Graduate Talent Acquisition Consultant to facilitate our recruitment process from identifying potential candidates to conducting initial interviews.
- The successful candidate will create and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and coordinate recruitment events such as career fairs.
- Metric analysis will be key to assessing the effectiveness of our recruitment strategies and providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field is essential.
- A genuine passion for recruitment and talent management is required.
- Proficiency in recruitment software and platforms is necessary for this role.
