**Job Opportunity: Business Support Officer**

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the management team by coordinating schedules, arranging meetings, and managing communication.

Maintain efficient filing systems and ensure data accuracy for easy retrieval and reference.

Collaborate with various departments to facilitate smooth workflow and information sharing.

Handle general administrative tasks, contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations.

Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Publisher, Excel, Outlook) is a must.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail to support management operations effectively.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to manage your time efficiently, balancing tasks in a 25-hour work week with flexible hours.

Previous experience in a similar role or administrative capacity is a plus.
