CDS Recruitment and Training Ltd have a long term contract for an experienced project administrator, ideally the back ground would have worked in JLR Or other engineering companies.
The role is paying £14.00 paye or 16.50 paye umbrella per hour for 37.5 hours per week.
Contract length is 12 months initially with high probability it will develop to around 24 months.
To support the Operational Management Team by maintain and preparing tracking and project documentation. Collate and issue Key Performance Indicator (KPI) data to assist both the team with planning, resources, and preparation of report. Provide administrative support to the Operational department.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- To provide day to day conscientious administration support & assistance to Projects department.
- Liaise with Operational Team on a day to day basis in relation to deliveries and installation of projects
- Support purchasing requests and sub-contractor agreements and issue accordingly
- Liaise directly with suppliers and sub-contractors in relation to deliveries, collections, and installations
- Updating and maintaining Project Trackers to ensure all tasks are complete to programmes
- Tracking reports for hire equipment
- General filling and organization of work area
- Preparation of documentation and report for Operational Team
- Maintain KPI tracking documentation
**Knowledge and Experience**:
- Good IT skills & Proficient in Excel, Word and Microsoft Outlook
- Ability to work as a team
- Ability to multi-task and priorities workload, achieving maximum results
- Attention to detail and accuracy are key attributes
- Exceptional communication & organizational skills
