**Junior Project Administrator**
**Responsibilities**
- Pricing take offs
- Operating maintenance manuals
- Obtaining quotes from contractors and suppliers
- Document Control
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure project timelines are met
- Manage and maintain a digital filing system
- Create and maintain project reports and tracking documents
- Provide administrative support to project managers as needed
- Keep up-to-date with new technologies and software toolsets that will help streamline processes
**Skills & Experience**: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel). Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Ability to prioritise tasks according to deadlines. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to travel within the company’s geographical location (no remote work). Advanced Building Service Solutions Ltd is an Equal Opportunity Employer
