**Project Coordinator / Administrator**

Part-time £11 p/h - 20/24hrs per week (negotiable)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Coordinator/Administrator to join our Liverpool team working across a variety of aspects of the Business.

The project involves producing reports for the telecoms industry with targeted SLAs. As the Project Coordinator you will be in organising the delivery of reports on a day to day basis along with assisting the Financial Director with tasks relating invoicing/purchase orders and dealing with queries.

You'll be involved with all aspects of the company’s administration and will play a key role in supporting and ensuring the smooth running of the company. Your role will be a varied one, with aspects of Project Coordination, administration and other general duties. Some of your main responsibilities are as outlined below.
- Coordinate the preparation and delivery of utility reports meeting strict SLAs.
- Attend finance project meetings - Face to Face and virtually (via TEAMS) completing tasks involving SAGE.
- Deal with finance queries and operate as a link between office projects and financial aspects of the business.
- Ensuring regular communication with all key agencies and stakeholders.
- Any other reasonable duties and responsibilities considered appropriate by the Senior Management Team.

The projects have the potential to grow and the role may well develop into a fulltime post

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-24 per week

**Salary**: £11.00 per hour
