I am currently recruiting for an temporary Administrator to join a lovely team based in Liverpool city centre for 12 weeks. This role includes hybrid working.

You will be a key member of the Academy's Administration Team and will provide administrative support to the Administration Team Manager, Senior Academy Administrator, and other members of the team within Organisational and Academic Development.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provides an important first point of contact within the administration team for both internal and external clients.
- Ensuring that all internal and external communications are professional, timely, customer focused and consistent with departmental standards.
- Organisation of workshops/programmes in liaison with the wider team: virtual (online) or face to face.
- Monitoring and administrating engagement and feedback from workshops/programmes ensuring this meets the evaluation framework.
- Input data into the booking systems used for all activity, completions of face to face and online activity and pass rates for programmes.
- Effective management of reports, providing a range of statistical data as and when requested for FOI and general report requests.
- Maintains departmental address lists, mailing lists, databases etc. as appropriate for easy access by all team members.
- Provide administrative support for Strategic Projects and Informal Learning events such as conferences, awards, and CPD.
- Liaison with professional bodies to monitor and record completions from the programmes such as AdvancedHE and ILM.
- To support the institutional Mentor Network Database (lead).
- Ultra Administration - administration and support of the mentoring relationships formed (second).
