**Main Purpose of job**:

- To support and assist the team and management to deliver our services and support our clients.
- To provide telephone and administrative support to our clients and services.
- To be responsible for the administration and oversight of our Activity Programme.

We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as an Administrator. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining efficient administrative systems, ensuring the smooth operation of our services, and providing exceptional support to our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **General Administrative Support**: Assist in maintaining and optimizing general administrative systems to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- **Client Information Management**: Take ownership of filing and organizing client information with meticulous attention to detail and confidentiality.
- **Casework Administrative Practices**: Provide valuable support in casework administrative practices, contributing to the seamless delivery of services.
- **Support to Head Office**: Offer administrative support to our Head Office team, facilitating smooth communication and operations.
- **Service Manual Maintenance**: Maintain and update the service manual to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- **Correspondence Handling**: Manage correspondence and post duties efficiently and professionally.
- **Statistical Information Retrieval**: Retrieve and collate statistical information from client records, contributing to data-driven decision-making processes.
- **Activity Programme Oversight**: Take responsibility for the administration and oversight of all aspects of our client Activity Programme, ensuring its effectiveness and success.
- **Information Resources Management**: Ensure that all information resources are accurate, up-to-date, and readily accessible to support service delivery.
- **Confidentiality and GDPR Compliance**: Strictly adhere to organizational confidentiality and GDPR policies and procedures, safeguarding sensitive information.
- **Client-Centred Approach**: Respect and honour the individuality, equality, and diversity of our clients, providing a sensitive and inclusive service.
- **Resource Management**: Maintain adequate stocks of informational leaflets for service users' information packs and events, ensuring accessibility and relevance.
- **Meeting Organization**: Organize team meetings, take minutes, and allocate actionable tasks to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- **Professional Development**: Actively participate in relevant training and professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- **Additional Duties**: Undertake any other duties consistent with the overall purpose of the role, contributing to the success and growth of our organization.
