Part time Administrator - immediate start - Liverpool city centre - £14.50ph

We are currently looking to hire a temporary Administrator 3 days a week for an organisation based in Liverpool city centre. The role is based within a property team and will be a mixed administrative role.

Working days ideally to be Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday however there could be flexibility.

Provide full admin support to the team that includes
- Updating records and their databases.
- Running reports and printing off documents.
- Organising meetings and taking minutes.
- Managing filing systems.
- Raising PO’s, processing invoicing, supporting the purchasing and finance teams.
- Creating documents and communications.

We are looking for someone within prior experience minute taking, diary management, using CRM systems and fully confident in MS Office. It would be desirable but not essential if you have any former experience in facilities or property management.

This role is ongoing temporary to cover a long term shortage. Looking to start straight away and interview next week.

Working Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday - 9am-5pm
Hourly rate - £14.50ph plus holiday pay.
