We are looking for an Administrator to join our Finance Team in our Support Centre in Speke, Liverpool on a temporary basis.

To be successful, you will be able to positively represent our brand, build great business relationships, and have excellent administrative skills. This is a hands on and varied role in a fast paced department and offers lots of opportunity to expand your knowledge and potentially to progress within the company

**Key responsibilities in this role are**:

- Full end to end processing of a weekly pay
- Process all weekly New Starters/Leavers and change of details in a timely manner
- Answering pay related queries including dealing with HMRC
- Answer store queries

**The skills & experience required are**:

- Previous administration experience
- Attention to detail and precise with instructions
- Excellent telephone manner
- Able to work independently and on own initiative
