**HR System and Data Analyst** required to work for a brilliant business within the education sector, who provide the highest level of care and support to the people under their care.
This role is reporting in to the HR System and Data Analysis Manager and you'll be tasked with providing meaningful tailored information, reports and analysis around the entire employee lifecycle, helping to shape business decisions that will have a positive impact for all workers across the business.
This is a remote role, with some travel to Head Office in the Lake District, so a valid driving licence will be needed.
**The role**:
- Working with key stakeholders to deliver important people information from HRIS and ATS that enables the business to drive performance, including dashboards, headlines, analysis and recommendations.
- Keeping the HRIS up to date and accurate with the core data required (demographics, annual pay review data and expansion plans).
- Audits and spot checks to ensure the data stored is correct.
- HR System projects and upgrades.
**Skills & Experience Required**:
- You will need to be an HR system expert and Super User, for example with systems such as Sage People, Workday, Cascade, SAP.
- Experience within an HR Analysis, Data, Management Information role.
- Proven track record in working with databases.
- Highly analytical with experience in presenting information and data in various ways, such as HR Reports, Dashboards, Presentations and Charts.
- Ideal applicants will also have a CIPD qualification.
