**OUTLINE JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title: SALES OFFICE CO-ORDINATOR (Full Time) Responsible to: Sales Office Manager.** Main Purpose: Overall responsibility is to ensure that all our Customer demands are met in a timely manner and all Ramon orders are processed and entered on to the sales order module of the company main frame computer.

This job description is to be read in conjunction with the main terms and conditions statement which is issued separately.

**Main Duties**:
To input data onto the company main frame computer following despatch to raise customer invoices.

Assist the Business Development Managers in meeting customer needs; taking orders, quotations and updating the company database as required.

Provide Customer Service support including product enquiries, order queries and quotations and liaising with other departments across the company.

To ensure customer complaints and credit notes are handled promptly, efficiently and to ensure they are recorded in the appropriate manner.

To assist in the monitoring of customer accounts ensuring our current business is maintained and drive sales of new products.

To distribute copies of paperwork as necessary.

Handle telephone enquiries. You must effectively respond to any E-mail or telephone enquiries in a calm and friendly manner.

To conduct proactive telesales calls in line with the marketing plan and record data as necessary.

To deputise for other members of the department as necessary.

To operate within the scope of the Company Quality System and the conditions set out in the Company Staff/Employee Handbooks.

To operate in accordance with the requirements of the Company Health and Safety Policy and Procedures.

To undertake other duties appropriate to this function as required by the Sales Office Manager, his/her deputies and superiors.
