Our client, a UK wide business, is seeking a Trainee Events Coordinator to join their events team on a full-time permanent basis.

Due to growth our client is looking to add a Trainee Events Coordinator to their team where you will be responsible for assisting in the organization of events, conferences and programs.

This is the ideal opportunity for someone with an events related degree or with previous administrative or customer service experience who is looking to transfer their skills into an events position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assisting in event and conference development
- Delivering events on time whilst within budget and brief
- Setting and maintaining timelines on events
- Producing detailed event related briefs
- Managing supplier relationships
- Traveling to on-site inspections and project managing events
- Producing post-event analysis to improve future events
- Work closely with the department to achieve all objectives

Key Experience:

- Previous experience within an events related role is advantageous but not essential
- An organized individual with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills, able to build relationships
- Ability to use initiative and creativity
