CyberSentry are looking for a part-time Customer Service Administrator to join our small and dynamic team based in Whiteley. Ideally, you will have experience with Excel, as well as a strong administrative background. If you have an analytical and investigative mindset, we want to hear from you As a Customer Service Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive outstanding support and satisfaction.
**The Details**:
Location - based in our modern office in Whiteley, near Fareham
Hours - 9:30am - 2:30pm Monday - Friday, (no weekend or bank holiday working)
Salary - £13,650 per annum
**In this role, you will**:
- Perform comparison and reconciliation of data in Excel - comparing reports across different platforms and flagging any issues
- Data entry, processing and analysis in Excel and across platforms
- Arrange refunds to customers if necessary
- Work precisely and confidentially with payment platforms - checking payments in and refunding any over-payments
- Update and maintain in-house management systems, ensuring information is accurate and accessible

**To be successful, you will**:
- Have excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Have experience in customer service and administration and can demonstrate those skills
- Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office - including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Be able to set your own work priorities, managing your own time in order to meet deadlines
- Be confident in contacting customers with financial queries
- Have strong attention to detail
- Be happy working in a small team, with liaison across larger teams if needed
- Be flexible and able to adapt to process changes
