**Customer Service Administrator, Bristol, BS37**
Resolve Recruitment are working with a well-established professional haulage company with an enviable reputation, based in Bristol. Due to growth, our client seeks a Customer Service Administrator to join their fast-paced transport operations team.
**The role**:
- Answering a high volume of phone calls
- Dealing with order & delivery queries, liaising with customers to provide solutions
- Input of customer orders onto the traffic management system
- Processing incoming customer orders via online website
- Handling key customer accounts, including processing KPI reports
- Supporting other roles when required (covering sickness & holidays)
- Picking/putting away pallets on warehousing management systems
- Preparing pick notes, labels, and paperwork
- Running weekly/monthly customer stock reports
**The person**:
- Strong organisation skills
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Outlook
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Ability to touch-type would be highly advantageous
- Previous experience in the transport/logistics industry would be beneficial but not essential as in-house training will be provided
**The package**:
- Up to £26,000 p/a basic (depending on experience)
- 45hr hours per week, Monday to Friday 9:00am-18:00pm
