**About role**

We have an excellent opportunity in our Information & Technology (I&T) function for a HR Analyst, to join us on **18 month fixed-term contract** and become part of a team that supports and improves the day-to-day HR Processes of our business. You will be building relationships in the business to support the local HR function in the implementation of the HR strategy. You will become a first point of contact, fully understanding our processes and assisting in day to day operational support to managers and employees on local HR issues.
You'll be responsible for ensuring that policies, procedures and standards in line with the local employment law are applied consistently and equitably throughout the assigned area.
HR Analyst will provide timely and professional advice and guidance on all HR and ER related matters whilst seeking advice and guidance from the HRBP where appropriate.

This is an ideal role for a graduate looking to start their career in HR.

Office location: London Paddington (hybrid working)

- Minimum requirements: _
- A genuine interest in HR and an understanding of the value HR provides a business
- Ability to learn informally and formally
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a supportive style when engaging with the broader business
- Have a logical and systematic approach with high attention to detail
- Great knowledge of Microsoft products, specifically strong Excel, and ideally Power BI or other reporting tools
- Preferred requirements:_
- An interest in I&T
