The Resource Planner is a critical position at AEC.

Working within our homes resourcing team, this role ensures that our site team are in the right place at the right time and that we are achieving our KPI’s for our homes customers.

You will be a front line contact for our homes customers and also ensure our appointments are achieved and deal with any daily changes, providing the best solutions for our customer and site team.

The role will suit a well organised, confident and determined person. You will be making quick decisions and working on a reactive desk. No two days are ever the same

This role is office based, working Monday to Friday, plus one planned Saturday per month.

**Skill Set**
- Strong communication skills, especially the ability to build rapport with clients on the phone
- Must be proficient with MS Excel
- Great organisation skills
- you must be able to manage your own workload and multitask
- A methodical worker with strong attention to detail
- Sound geographical knowledge needed to pair up the site team projects
