**Job Purpose**

To ensure effective deployment of home care workers, to meet the assessed needs of individual service users, enabling safe and effective service deliver.

**Key Results Areas**

1. Plan the deployment of resources to ensure the appropriate amount of support is provided to meet the needs of service users.

2. Allocate resources to meet service user’s needs.

3. Provide managers, carers and service users with information and guidance to ensure effective service delivery.

4. Contribute to the cost-effective budgeting of monthly hours in conjunction with the Reablement & Care manager.

5. Record and document the allocation of resources to meet service user’s needs.

6. Provide administrative support to managers in relation to service delivery, human resource management, health and safety and risk assessments.

7. Assist managers with the provision of management information.

8. Ensure records (both manual and computerised) are maintained in accordance with administrative procedures.

9. Participate in the implementation and subsequent maintenance of computerised administrative systems.

10. Attend meetings as requested by the appropriate manager.

11. To undertake training as necessary in relation to the role.

12. Commitment to work a cover shift pattern including weekends, mornings, day, and evenings between 0700-2100 hours including Bank Holidays.

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
