**Dental Treatment Coordinator**

We have an exciting opportunity for a professional and empathetic sales professional to join our team as a Dental Treatment Coordinator, based at our state-of-the-art dental practice in Macclesfield. We are looking for a motivated, ambitious and experienced individual to join our expanding and growing team and experience the Mac Dental spirit

We are passionate about creating a relaxing, calm and harmonious environment where we can offer the highest quality of care where patients feel at ease to come to the dentist. We believe in making people live longer, healthier & happier lives through maintaining an optimum level of oral health and well-being.

We have 8 surgeries and have all the latest equipment including, Microscope, 3D CBCT X-Ray, Itero Scanner and we offer the full range of Dental treatments.

The position requires a kind and caring individual who is professional, motivated and looking for an opportunity to expand their skill set.

**Summary of Job role**:

- Be the first point of contact for new patient enquires
- Contact patients to discuss treatments we offer
- Seeing patients virtually & face to face discussing treatments and finance options available
- Supporting the patient throughout their treatment journey
- Effective communication with all key business relationships
- Involved in business development growth strategies

**Essential Requirements**:

- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Incentivised by hitting key targets
- Proven sales track record in developing new business
- Organised with impeccable attention to detail
- Motivated to be successful
- Previous experience in a sales-based customer-focused industry
- Previous dental experience
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
- Competent level of IT proficiency
- Use of intra-oral digital scanners desirable but not essential

Minimum 4 day week. 5 days available.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £12.00-£16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 39 per week
