Assistant Simulation Co-ordinator/administrator

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within the Professional Practice Team. We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and pro active individual to work in a busy and dynamic education environment.
The successful post holder will need to have excellent communication and organisational skills due to the time sensitive nature of some of the workload.
We are looking for a friendly and approachable individual to work within our supportive team who can engage with healthcare professionals of all levels.
**Hours per week**: 22.50
Assisting in the organisation, administration, and management of the clinical education centre (based in the Undercroft building at MDGH)
Providing directed administrative support to the Professional Practice team. Including supporting the Resuscitation officer and completing admin tasks associated with the external business function provided by the team.
Being first point of contact for any queries and manage the room booking systems for the clinical simulation / education faculty.
Liaising with other departments and training providers (including external companies/suppliers) as needed regarding; procurement of training services and consumables, the co-ordination and delivery of training events, data capture and reporting of training activities and evaluation.
Assisting in the physical preparation of the clinical training facility and the on-going maintenance of equipment and be involved in ensuring records of training and training activity are recorded and reported using a variety of systems.
