The Community Partnerships Service, which sits within Housing & Communities, has undertaken an exciting workforce review to ensure the service is better placed to support, enable, and protect individuals and communities and is looking for someone provide support to the Service within the new Community Safety Team.

**About the role**

This role has been introduced in the service to co-ordinate our partnership problem solving forums and panels and support the planning and delivery of community engagement activity, events and communications for Community Partnerships Service and Reading’s Community Safety Partnership.

The post holder will also provide essential support with the collation and monitoring of service wide performance data and prepare data reports for the Community Partnerships Management Team, Housing and Communities Service and Reading’s Community Safety Partnership.

**Main Duties and responsibilities**
- Co-ordinate the Housing Management Transfer Panel, Anti-Social Behaviour Multi-Agency Panel (ASB MAP) and allocated Community Safety Partnership problem solving meetings.
- Provide support to organise Community Trigger Review meetings and take minutes for each meeting, in line with the Community Trigger Procedure.
- Provide support to organise and minute allocated Housing Panels as and when required.
- Support Community Partnerships Management Team to plan community events and Borough Wide Campaigns, with tasks including co-ordinating planning meetings,
- developing event plans and liaising with stakeholders.
- Ensure all service wide performance data is captured within required time scales and reports are prepared for team leaders/managers with

We are looking for an individual who is currently working in this field, with experience in partnership working, co-ordinating partnership meetings and supporting the delivery of community safety related activity.
