Our client based in Sale is looking to recruit an Invoicing Administrator. The role will be based in Sale and WFH
- **Responsibilities**:

- Invoice preparation and processing
- Production of customer statements
- Analysis of project reporting
- Maintain and/or ensure maintenance of customer records relating to invoicing and bill payment
- Track customer aged debt reporting any delays and escalating any issues to FC
- Follow up on outstanding payments and answer customer queries.
- Support the Finance Controller with basic accounting entries and month end duties

**EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS**
- Previous experience in a Finance department
- Working towards accounting qualification ie. AAT (desirable)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential
- A strong level computer literacy with Microsoft Office Professional
- Strong Mathematical skills
- Attention to detail
- Critical thinker
- The ability to work in a busy environment and remain calm under pressure
- The ability to work well within a team and develop good relationships with stakeholders
- High degree of self-motivation
- Ability to work to tight timescales
- Good communication and facilitation skills

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year
