Rainbow Home Support have an opportunity for an experienced Finance Administrator to join their team.

**Finance Administrator**

- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Experience with SAGE, Microsoft Word and Excel

**Responsibilities and Duties**

The role will entail the following tasks:

- Process timesheets and collate data for Payroll on first week of each month
- Send client invoices to clients within first week of each month
- Pay Staff on 15th of each month or earlier if it falls on a weekend
- Pay monthly dues to Pensions and HMRC
- Send, receive and record client payments on Sage
- Credit Control and Bank Reconciliation
- Record income and expenditure
- Prepare Monthly and Annual reports for Trustees and Independent Examiner to aid with Annual Accounts
- Other admin tasks that relate to staff and clients
- Attend supervision and staff meetings

**What we Require**

Right to live and work in the UK

You will be required to undertake a (PVG) and provide Rainbow Home Support Trustees with 2 references - one must be from current employer, College Lecturer, Voluntary role or Job Advisor

**Additional Information**

**Location**: The Pentagon Centre, Washington Street, Glasgow. G3 8AZ

**Hours**: 10 hours per week - Monday to Friday

**Rate of Pay**: A competitive hourly rate plus holiday pay
