Our client in the City Centre is looking for an Accounting and finance administrator to join their small team. Our client is a charity and works with people in recovery or in the justice system (or at risk of entering the justice system). An opportunity to use your finance experience to help make a difference. **This is a permanent position. Full time hours (35 Hours) Monday to Friday. 3 x Days in Glasgow City Centre Office and 2 x Days working from home.**

Key responsibilities:
**Finance**:

- Updating accounts software (Xero) -Manage outgoing/incoming invoices -Work closely with treasurer and project director -Update on key financials -Monitor budget spends -Liaise with accountant/external auditors as and when required.

**Project Delivery**:

- Receive project/programme specs to be transferred into database -Monitor live and upcoming projects/programmes (participant attendance/engagement) -Update project director on all aspects of delivery, engagement, reporting and referral recruitment.

**General**:
**Safeguarding**:

- Monitoring policies and procedures.
