We have an exciting new opportunity for a Technical Administrator to join an established and secure business within financial services.
You will be helping assist with the smooth running of the office daily by providing technical administrative support directly to advisers and when necessary, help in managing their diaries and client service commitments. You will be Relaying messages and liaise with advisers in cases where clients are seeking further advice, are requesting withdrawals or additional investment.

What you will do:
Hours are 9am - 5:30pm.
- Prepare portfolio valuations as requested.
- Obtain quotations and provide illustrations/ product information to Paraplanners/Advisers as required.
- Prepare files, including compliance required documentation; research; illustrations; and supporting documentation, prior to sale.
- Update and maintain CRM system.
- Project a professional image in both appearance and attitude and provide quality support on time to agreed standards.
- Ensure office stationery/equipment is of sufficient quality, quantity and up to date.
- Maintain a good working relationship with colleagues, clients and third parties.
- Diary management for self and advisers as applicable
- Provide support on the day-to-day operations of the business and Issue correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
- Prepare pre meeting checklists for advisers and ensure values are up to date on IO prior to client meetings.
- You will help assist with the smooth orientational running of the office daily.

What you will need:

- Previous experience using the AEGON, Prudential, Standard Life, AVIVA Royal London and M&G platforms in an office support role within financial services.
- Excellent face-to-face and telephone client interaction skills and ability to build rapport and trust.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Experience of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and proficient with IT.
- To be proactive in making decisions and using initiative with Attention to detail.
- To be Highly organised with effective time management and the ability to multitask.
- To Demonstrate an ongoing commitment to learning and self-improvement.
