The Operator must have the ability to work with a range of machinery in a small batch/large mix environment. This role will involve all aspects of electronics production and the operator must be able to grasp all of these aspects both technical and operational.

They must fully understand the importance of attention to detail and quality, and be able to use their proactive skills to ensure efficiency targets are met.

Due to the range of products and the likely prototyping work involved, the Operator must have the ability to work with a range of machinery in a small batch/large mix environment. This role will involve all aspects of Electronics production and the operator must be able to grasp all these aspects both technical and operational. They must fully understand the importance of attention to detail and quality, and be able to use their proactive skills to ensure the efficiency targets required. They will also have knowledge and the ability to grasp the concept of all production administration including drawings, BOM's. They must have the capability to be involved in Quality Improvement activities and be able to suggest improvements, which lead to better quality and efficiency.

Being highly competent at soldering is a must.
