Contracts Administrator

You will be working alongside various teams, and supporting the Contracts Managers where duties will include, but are not limited to:

- Data entry
- Record keeping
- Raising purchase orders
- Handling tender orders
- Following up on enquiries
- Note taking and distribution
- Filing
- Answering calls and taking messages
- Downloading & Printing Drawings
- Travel Arrangements
- Booking meetings
- General team support where needed including managing team diaries where needed
- Excellent communications skills
- Good level of numeracy
- Good IT office skills and proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint
- Good eye for detail
- Organised
