**Role**: Permanent Full-Time

**Hours**: Minimum 40 hr contract

**Main purpose**:
Responsible for administration and other general office duties. Working in a fast paced and busy office environment with our small core team, this role will involve administration duties, social media content creation and planning, and customer service.

**Main tasks of the job**:The following tasks will form the bulk of your work:
**ADMINISTRATION & CUSTOMER SERVICE**
- Manage bookings and events on our custom built booking system.
- Managing the online invoicing system.
- Respond to online reviews.
- To provide consistently high standards of customer service at all times when welcoming or communicating with customers.

**SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT**
- Work closely with marketing team to assist with creating and managing social media content.
- Writing posts/blogs
- Creating short videos/reels at events and throughout season
- Scheduling posts across different platforms in line with Social Media Strategy
- Analysing performance and reporting back to management
- Identifying trends or new opportunities for brand exposure
- Responding to TripAdvisor, Google & Facebook reviews
- Replying to Facebook & Instagram messages and comments to drive interaction
- Please note: This is not an exhaustive list and you will be expected to perform different tasks, to the best of your ability, as necessitated by your changing role within the organisation and The Jungle’s overall business objectives._

**Essential Criteria**:

- At least two years’ experience of administration experience.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office package (_Word, Excel, Outlook etc._)
- Knowledge of Social Media Platforms (_Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok_)
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Confident, friendly and outgoing personality.
- Required to work weekends. (_Rotational weekend work required 1 out of every 3 Saturdays - day off during the week when working Saturdays_)
- Own transport and full driving license

**Desirable Criteria**:

- Proficient in Adobe Design suite (_Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva_) or other design platforms.
- Experience in Facebook Business Suite

**Salary**:
£22,000 - £24,000 P/A (_Dependant on experience_)
