**Multi-Trades Operative - Belfast Area**:

- Closing Date: April 26th 2024

**Role Overview**:
To carry out a wide range of maintenance, repair, and general improvement tasks in social housing properties to keep properties in good condition. The work will be primarily based in the Belfast Area.**Reports to**:Foreman**Direct Reports**: N/A**Working Hours**:

- Monday - Friday
- 7.30am - 5pm
- Flexibility is required.**Additional Benefits**:

- Health Cash Plan Membership**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- General maintenance e.g. lift floor boards, fit pipe casing etc
- Complete minor plastering works
- Fit hearths and surrounds as required
- Minor plumbing/joinery/electrical repairs
- Deal with the general public in a professional manner ensuring everyone is treated with dignity and respect.
- Ensure that contract KPI’s are delivered within the timeframes set
- Ensure Safe Working Practices at all times by adhering to our Health, Safety and Environmental policies and guidelines.
- Any other duties deemed necessary by management**Essential Criteria**:

- A valid Driver’s Licence
- Experience in a similar role
- Experience using various hand and power tools**Desirable Criteria**:

- Time served or qualified in a trade**Personal Characteristics**:
