**THE JOB**

Here at Move With Us (part of Simplify) the Compliance Administrator is responsible for supporting with the proactive, careful, and effective management of our rental and sales properties.

This role can be incredibly rewarding. You’ll work with a cohesive and tightly knit team with a clear career path within the team and wider business for those who are ambitious, perform strongly, and wish to progress.

**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**
- Ensuring all tenanted and sale properties meet safety requirements
- Ensuring all planned maintenance events are completed in accordance with our contractual requirements
- Using Fixflo for daily workload requirements, to record all activity
- Providing a seamless customer service to tenants, Vendors and Personal Representatives
- Ensuring client SLA's are consistently adhered to
- Liaising with various involved parties, including lenders, estate agents, Personal Representatives, Vendors and tenants.

**REQUIREMENTS**

And now for the nitty gritty:
To be successful in this role, you’ll need to be good with people, calm under pressure whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy, and target driven.

You do not need prior property service experience, (although this is very welcome if you do), but we are prepared to train the right person from scratch. You will however need to be IT literate (Microsoft Office) and confident using new software and systems.
