**THE JOB**

We are looking for a Compliance Administrator to administer an AML check procedure against policy requirements. The Compliance Administrator will be responsible for processing customer due diligence checks and maintaining accurate data and records.

**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**
- Review and verify identity documents and information
- Establish outstanding requirements and contact our clients branches to obtain prompt resolution
- Process customer due diligence checks promptly and accurately within the required Service Level Agreement
- Maintain accurate data on the various systems
- Escalate Risk Assessment failures to the Management Team
- Provide prompt responses to incoming queries

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Attention to detail and grammatical accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
- Excellent written communication skills and telephone manner
- Excellent IT skills including competent use of Microsoft Excel
- Self
- motivated - able to work independently and in a team environment
- Time management skills are essential with the ability to work to tight deadlines
