**Import & Export Compliance Administrator**

Tasks and responsibilities
- Daily monitor of incoming e mails related to commercial and non commercial import and export movements from and to Europe.
- Daily monitor of Preferential Origin statements. This include maintaining up to date the Preferential Origin log. Recognize confidently the following documents: commercial invoices, pro forma, packing list, CMR MRN DG Notes in order to extract the key data necessary for the completion of the monthly Deferment Statement reports.
- Check diligently and verifying information on the shipping documents making sure we remain compliant.
- Using Adobe Pro to combine and save the Import shipping documents accurately in the shared drive and upload them onto the SharePoint library.
- Identify potential errors and proactively initiate resolutions or escalate to the right people when required.
- Keep track of delays and possible issues that may arise during the transit through customs, accurately collate information on the cause of the problem or delay.
- Communicate directly with customs broker, and warehouse ensuring all supporting customs paperwork is returned to us in timely fashion.
- Ensure all correct customs documents are combined correctly and uploaded regularly on Share Point library.
- Support the Customs Compliance Officer by adding relevant data onto the monthly deferment reports.
- Assisting with Northern Ireland requests and maintenance of the NI Log.
- Collate, check documents and maintain log for allthe free of charge requests: samples and ad hoc import and export.
- Experience within supply chain administration and basic understanding of customs regulations commodity code, Incoterms, customs documentation would be an advantage.

- Business Administration or equivalent Good working knowledge of Outlook, Word, Adobe and Excel Excellent communication skills, verbally and written
- Confident working as part of a small and agile team
- Additional language skills will be useful as the company deals with international customers
- Logical and highly organized, with attention to details
- Proactive, pragmatic approach
- Positive attitude and willing to learn
- At ease in establish effective relationships with people of different language and culture
- Able to maintain professional business relationships with internal and external stakeholder
