**Business Support / General Administrator**
- The role is ideally suited for someone who is PC literate and has a strong knowledge of the office suite of programmes (mainly Outlook, Excel, Word), and someone who enjoys a ‘can do’ attitude.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Supporting the Senior members of staff with day-to-day administration.
- Assisting in answering the telephones and redirecting calls.
- Managing company compliance (Insurance / accreditations).
- Entering/updating data spreadsheets
- General office administration duties.
- Managing operative vetting, RAM’s and reports via client portals.
- Carry out basic day to day office duties such as Fire alarm tests / drills, ordering PPE, Fleet management, HR records, office consumables
- Managing travel arrangements, hotels, parking, company events, client events etc

**We are looking for an Office Administrator who has the following skills and experiences**:

- Be confident working independently.
- A good team player who is organised and able to manage their time effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Previous Facilities / Construction industry experience is welcomed although not essential.
- A high level of organisational skills.
- PC literate with a good working knowledge of the office suite of programmes is essential.

**Hours (negotiable)**

Ideally Monday - Friday 9am - 5.00pm (inc 1 hour for lunch)

Expected hours: 35 hrs per week

**Salary**:
Negotiable (Depending on experience)
