Job Overview
The ideal candidate for this role will be a skilled Business Administrator with excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities
This role involves delivering sales activity plans, quoting, and handling cash transactions. You will also need to support the warehouse team leader in maintaining stock accuracy and ensuring delivery boards are updated. Additionally, you will be responsible for answering telephone calls, taking sales calls, and upselling products.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent administration skills, including meeting deadlines and working knowledge of MS Office. You should also have excellent customer focus, ability to deal with queries/complaints, and committed/reliable. Ideally, you will have business administration experience and good GCSE or A level results.
