**Job description**:

- Key deliverables are:
- Delivery - Create and lead the project to deliver the agreed outcomes within time, cost and quality constraints.- Business case - Co-ordinate development of the business case.
- Budget - Define, agree, and track delivery within budget.
- Resources - Schedule, assist, and lead resource throughout the project life cycle. Identify resource to ensure required capacity and capability for successful project completion.
- Benefits realisation - Deliver the agreed Project benefits and outcomes. Ensure appropriate Benefits Realisation Strategy is in place and supervise longer term delivery of benefits against the agreed outcomes.
- Stakeholder management Able to identify key stakeholders and develop effective relationships using appropriate channels to ensure the successful delivery of outputs.
- Risks and issues - Identify and supervise project risks and issues. Develop mitigating actions and escalate to Project Boards where appropriate. Identify and work with relevant stakeholders to manage interdependencies.
- This role is office based however, DBS are working hard to improve our access to, and use of, digital technology, empowering our people to work remotely (40% in the office).
- Main responsibility is the successful delivery of the project to time, cost, and quality parameters
