Here at Chessington World of Adventures we are recruiting for a Senior Resource Planner to join our Central Planning Team

The Senior Resource Planner ensures that the Resort is always efficiently resourced, across all departments, in line with visitor numbers and available staffing, in order to deliver a world class guest experience. You will directly impact the success of the Resort

Reporting to the Central Planning Manager, you will take ownership of labour schedule production, identifying risks, efficiency opportunities and cost forecasting. With Resort wide exposure to the operation, you will collaborate with various stakeholders, including operational managers and the People Team, to understand business needs and align resource planning strategies accordingly, ensuring effective consistent two-way communication and feedback exists.

Responsible for the line management of the Resource Planners, you will support with performance and development plans as well as objective setting.

Qualification & Experience:

- Thrives in an fast paced environment
- Demonstrates a high level of data accuracy
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel proficiency including the use of tools such as VLOOKUPs
- Willingness to build upon people management skills
