**Location**:Chessington World of Adventures, Surrey KT9 2NE
**Hours**:Permanent, 30-hour variable contract. Working 5 days out of 7, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays as required by the business.

**About the Role**

Reporting to the Central Planning Manager, you will assist in the formulation of operational resourcing plans for the resort, in line with resource templates & guest volume, while also delivering on the resort’s guest KPI targets. You will work closely with key department stakeholders across the business to ensure timely provision of resourcing and adherence to resource templates & department budgets.

This is a vital role within the Central Planning Team as the resort looks to resource based on a customer demand approach, ensuring that staffing efficiencies and productivity are delivered.

**About You**
- You will have an enquiring and analytical mind, ensuring that the delivery of service is not compromised.
- You will continually look for ways to improve the efficiency of resourcing across the resort.
- You will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and being able to prioritise effectively.
