**What's the role about?**

As part of our Logistics department, you'll be joining as our Logistics Assistant, providing day-to-day support for the smooth intake of goods into the UK 3PL Warehouse.
- This is a 6 month fixed-term contract role._

**Who you are**
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent IT skills in Excel and Outlook
- Highly organized, reliable and focused
- Excellent attention to detail
- Well organized with time management skills
- Self-motivated and team oriented

**What you'll be doing**
- Support the effective data flow between Reiss systems and the 3PL system regarding inbound stock
- Assist with securing and confirming bookings for freight forwarders
- Work closely with the customs consultancy on tariff code classifications for new products
- Collaborative communication and liaison with both 3PL intake team and Reiss departments
- General administrative duties, including invoices from freight forwarders
