We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Live Entertainment Programming to lead our Live Entertainment sector's programming team and drive revenue growth. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to maximise profitability and foster strong client relationships. You will work closely with the Director of Live Entertainment to execute the company's sales strategy and exceed revenue targets.

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Live Entertainment Programming to lead our Live Entertainment team and drive revenue growth. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the department, including developing profitable business streams, identifying new revenue opportunities, and maximising sales revenue within the sector. You will work collaboratively with various stakeholders to consistently deliver world-class live entertainment events across the SEC.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Develop and execute a comprehensive live entertainment programming strategy aligned with the company's vision and goals.

Lead a team of talented programming professionals, fostering an environment of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.

Oversee the scheduling, planning, and logistics of all live entertainment events, ensuring seamless execution from conception to post-show analysis.

Analyse market trends, audience preferences, and competitor offerings to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry developments.

Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop effective promotional campaigns and drive ticket sales for live entertainment events.

Monitor and manage budgets, resource allocation, and revenue generation for the live entertainment department.

Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including venue partners, promoters, sponsors, and industry influencers, to enhance the company's reputation and maximise partnerships.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
Proven experience in live entertainment programming, preferably in a leadership role.

Extensive knowledge of the live entertainment industry, including emerging trends, audience demographics, and production requirements.

Strong network of contacts within the entertainment industry, including promoters and agents.

Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse group of professionals.

Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for identifying opportunities and mitigating risks.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within tight deadlines.

Passion for live entertainment and a deep understanding of the transformative power of live performances.
