We are currently seeking dynamic and talented individuals to join our team as Short-Term Entertainment and Events Performers. As a performer, you will be responsible for entertaining audiences at various events, including but not limited to festivals, corporate gatherings, private parties, and community events. This is a fantastic opportunity for performers looking to showcase their skills, connect with diverse audiences, and contribute to memorable experiences.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform entertaining acts, routines, or shows tailored to the specific event and audience demographic.
- Engage and interact with event attendees to create a lively and enjoyable atmosphere.
- Showcase a variety of talents, including but not limited to singing, dancing, acting, magic, comedy, circus arts, or other performing arts disciplines.
- Adapt performances based on audience reactions, venue size, and event requirements.
- Collaborate with event organizers, fellow performers, and production staff to coordinate schedules, set up performance spaces, and ensure smooth execution of entertainment programs.
- Assist with costume changes, prop management, and other logístical tasks as needed.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude while representing the organization and interacting with clients, guests, and audience members.
- Uphold high standards of performance quality, creativity, and professionalism at all times.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a performer in entertainment or event settings is preferred but not required.
- Exceptional talent and proficiency in one or more performing arts disciplines.
- Strong stage presence, charisma, and the ability to captivate and entertain diverse audiences.
- Excellent improvisational skills and the ability to adapt performances on the spot.
- Reliable and punctual, with the ability to adhere to performance schedules and timelines.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on event bookings.
- Willingness to travel to various event locations, both locally and regionally, as required.
- Positive attitude, teamwork skills, and a passion for creating memorable experiences for audiences.
