More About the Role
- Assisting the Manager with all aspects of a high end offer of bespoke hospitality, events and PDR service.
- Assist the Manager in the running of the business and take responsibility for leading the operations and take control of the account in terms of costs, ordering, staffing levels and standards.
- Maintains a close/professional relationship with the clients to ensure their hospitality requirements / standards are being met and exceeded.
- The delivery of a 5* services are non-negotiable with the successful Assistant Manager - Hospitality, demonstrating an unwavering attention to detail.
- As an Assistant Manager - Hospitality, you will have significant and similar experience within contract Catering B&I Sector with Fine Dining & Corporate Event knowledge.
- You will be efficient, detailed and highly productive individual with a proactive and flexible approach to workload.
- Used to operating a busy event diary, well
- versed at account managing and liaising directly with clients.
- Excellent attention to detail, calm under pressure and resilient in meeting new challenges.
- Have a flexible approach to ensure to service is covered at all times required and the ability to meet the clients' high demands to tight time frames.
- Talented and ambitious individual who has a passion for food and a desire to deliver faultless events.
- Excellent Leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a dedicated team.
