About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Hospitality team as a Hospitality Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring the front-of-house environment is always well-maintained, and assisting with the servicing of food and beverages for events and outlets across our campuses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to guests, responding to their needs and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming environment, adhering to high standards of hygiene and safety.
  • Assist with the preparation and serving of food and beverages for events and outlets, working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service.
  • Drive our Hospitality vehicles, adhering to safe driving practices and maintaining a clean and well-maintained vehicle.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities to meet deadlines.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of food safety regulations and practices, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards.

About You

  • You will have previous experience in the hospitality industry, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • You will possess a clear understanding of food safety regulations and practices, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a fast-paced environment.
  • You will be a motivated and professional individual, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You will be able to work calmly under pressure, solving problems quickly and efficiently.
  • You will hold a clean driving license and be willing to drive our Hospitality vehicles.
