We are currently looking for a Senior Service Advisor to join the team at ATC. We are looking for someone friendly, focused, who is articulate, warm and welcoming and who will enjoy working in a customer facing role and has customer service experience. You will be responsible for handling customer requirements for Service/Mot repairs, liaising with the workshop to progress work through the system in a professional & efficient manner, general invoicing and some cash handling. Maintaining customer records and making sure customer databases are updated & accurate at all times. Preferred Skills would be strong communication, Ability to prioritize your workload, Have the confidence to resolve any issues that may arise in an efficient manner and have the ability to multi-task. Any experience of upselling products and services would be an advantage but not essential.

**Responsibilities**:

- Book in work in line with workshop capacity and customer requirements
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Listen to customer concerns and record accurately for the workshop
- Prepare accurate estimates for labor and parts costs
- Schedule appointments and manage the service department's workflow
- Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicles
- Process payments and handle cash transactions

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively listen to customer concerns and address them appropriately
- Positive can do attitude

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
